The County Clerk's office provides assessed valuations to all taxing entities in Buchanan County; which they use to help set their tax levies for each year. The Property Assessment Appeal Form for the Buchanan County Board of Equalization is listed below.

The form can also be faxed to 271-1535 Attn: Sandy Wood, scan & email to email@example.com , or you can return your form in person to our office.
Assessed valuations for each political subdivision are available by contacting our office at 271-1412. We will need to know which political subdivision valuation you need. We have valuations 3 times per year: June, after Board of Equalization (September), and end of year.
